The Plan that Works for You
To accommodate a wide range of needs, schedules, and training preferences, I offer a variety of both in-person and remote programming options.
If you’re not sure which program is right for you, don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer a free initial phone conversation and/or introductory training session. Together, we can determine the right plan to reach your goals.
And don’t feel like you have to commit to any plan long term. I operate under a “no contracts” philosophy: you can always cancel your program or try a different plan, anytime.
One-on-One Training
$75 per session per week
One-on-One Personal Training allows for the most personalized approach to addressing your training goals.
Each 60-minute sessions consists of a mix of strength, conditioning, and movement work that is tailored to your unique training needs, injury history, and objectives.
When coaching in-person, I’ll be able to make program adjustments and form corrections in the moment, ensuring your workout is both effective and safe.
One-on-one sessions can be conducted in-person at the studio, or remotely via video call.
Hybrid Coaching
$225 per month for one one-on-one session, plus custom programming for one month
$300 per month for two one-on-one sessions, plus custom programming for one month
Hybrid Coaching is a great option for those who want a personalized program and consistent support, without needing to be in the studio multiple times a week.
After signing up for a hybrid program, we’ll schedule either one or two one-on-one sessions per month. During that time, we can assess your form, work through key exercises, and talk through your goals.
Afterwards, I’ll send you a one-month workout program via an app tailored to your time, equipment, and movement needs. Then, I’ll be with you throughout the month, providing support via virtual check-ins, questions, and adjustments as your training progresses.
Program Design Consult
$150 one time fee
A Program Design Consult is perfect if you'd rather train on your own but want expert guidance to help you get started.
During a 60-minute consultation, we'll talk through your goals, schedule, and any injury history or limitations, so I can understand exactly what you need. From there, I'll provide personalized recommendations on equipment, training modalities, and how to structure your week — along with a one-time written fitness plan you can take and run with on your own.
This is a one-time service with no ongoing remote coaching included, so if you'd like continued support and adjustments along the way, take a look at Hybrid Coaching.
Program design consults can be conducted either in person or via video call. Limit one consult per client every 6 months.
